Crea Burger e polpettine vegetali,” a plant-based product from Italian company Citres, has been selected by the expert panel for the 60th edition of SIAL Innovation 2024 in Paris. This accolade underscores the Verona-based firm’s potential, positioning its flagship offering as one of the most promising innovations in the food industry.

The 2024 edition of SIAL Innovation, one of the world’s leading food industry events, will run from October 19 to 23 in Paris. During the exhibition, an expert jury will assess the innovative qualities of “Crea Burger,” evaluating its potential benefits for consumers and the industry.

“Crea Burger”, a food preparation to make ready-made burgers, represents a breakthrough in the realm of fresh, sustainable foods. Packaged in Citres’ signature octagonal glass jar, the product is pasteurized, offering a two-year shelf life without refrigeration. The reusable and recyclable jar preserves the product’s authentic flavor. Gluten-free, entirely plant-based, easy to prepare, and eco-friendly, it embodies a blend of innovation and quality.
