At the 2024 edition of the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York, the Italian truffles company Tartuflanghe presented a ready-to-use Carbonara sauce flavored with white truffles from Alba (Piedmont). This premium product granted the company the Italian Food Award USA 2024 in the Sauces category.
