At the Anuga 2023 trade show, the Italian dairy giant Granarolo is presenting its new range of dairy products: from Parmigiano Reggiano PDO to mozzarella cheese to ricotta, everything comes in a high-protein version. This year, the company won the Italian Food Award 2023 within the deli category.
