Last week Oleificio Zucchi flew to New York for the third round of 50 Top Pizza, an event dedicated to the best pizzerias in the United States.
The Italian olive oil company’s Vice-President, Alessia Zucchi, took the stage to present the “Best Fried Food il Fritturista 2023 – Oleificio Zucchi Award” to the renowned Pizzeria Song’E Napule by Ciro Iovine, New York, for its “extraordinary contribution to the fried food proposal.”
“Oleificio Zucchi proudly supports Italian gastronomic excellence. With this award we continue to pursue our mission of spreading the authentic flavors of Italy all over the world,” Zucchi states in an official statement. Now the company is preparing for “the next events of the 50 Top Pizza Edition 2023, which will unveil the master fryers that will amaze us along the way.”
