Mammafiore, an Italian food distributor based in the UK, presents ‘La Dispensa della Mamma’ bringing the very best of Italian gastronomy in a 360 event where customers will be able to sample the full offer, chat with renowned producers, taste new products, and network with other key industry leaders. The event will take place on June, 14 from 10 am to 5 pm at Bishopsgate Institute (230 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4QH. Underground: Liverpool Street).
With over 14 producers in attendance, visitors will be able to experience a holistic journey around Italy’s flavors. For the shelf-products corner, Mammafiore will have Surgital bringing pasta, Jimmy Tartufi with his truffles, La Torrente bringing their tomato preserves and Giusti showcasing balsamic vinegar. There’ll be some assortment of the best Italian oil as well.
For those with an appetite for fresh goods, there will be a wide selection of dairy products, including Artigiana, Montanari & Gruzza, and Defendi’s cheese, among others. Clai and Coati will also be at the Dispensa to present their salumi. Customers will have the opportunity to try some of the best-fried fish available at the event as well. And, to turn anyone’s dough dreams into reality, flour-brand Pizzuti will be making pizzas to sample right then and there.
Since there is no pizza without beer, people will have the opportunity to taste Amarcord’s new beer flavor. And, for those for whom wine is always a winning choice, Mammafiore’s Vi Enology team will drive customers to some of the best wineries in Italy, all without leaving the room.
