Launched last year, the BBQ glazes are now available in the US market beginning this month. The new innovative product from Ponti represents the perfect marriage between authentic Italian ingredients and flavors that were inspired to incorporate American habits and application. The BBQ glazes product line consists of two flavors: Ponti BBQ Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Ponti BBQ Glaze with Apple Cider Vinegar. They are all natural, gluten free, and made in Italy. The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena flavor has a rich and intense taste, with a pleasingly bold, smoky taste. Ponti suggests using it with hamburgers and vegetables. The other flavor, The Apple Cider Vinegar, has a pleasant fruity and tangy taste. It is best with salmon, pork, or cheeses.
PONTI INNOVATES IN CONDIMENTS
