All the main Texas based brokers, importers and distributors will be present. In the years passed, key buyers for Kroger, Spec’s, HEB and Central Market attended.

Texas is a ripe market for Made in Italy food and beverage items because it is not as saturated compared to the East and West coasts. Maurizio Gamberucci, Deputy Director of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce South Central, describes the market for authentic Italian restaurants as incomplete. Gamberucci tells Italianfood.net that literally every month a new Italian inspired restaurant is opening in one of the four main towns in Texas, especially in Houston and Dallas.

Exhibitors will have access to:

  • tastings and seminars with food and wine buyers;
  • networking events;
  • a personal IACC liaison working closely to focus your messaging and follow-up;
  • the opportunity to conduct a video interview by the IACC’s resident food and wine educator to be published during the event’s lead up and available for personal marketing purposes.

If time permits, trade show visitors can visit the Houston Rodeo and Livestock Show coinciding at the same time.

The event will take place at the Hilton Post Oak on March 13-14, 2022. To reserve your booth click here. The early bird pricing ends on December 17th, after that the regular price will kick.
