Foodex Japan 2021, scheduled from tomorrow to March 12, is ready to start. The Italian Pavilion will occupy an area of 1,100 square meters, that is a remarkable size highlighting the importance of the Italian food & wine sector in Japan. An exhibition of Italian products by 106 companies from 16 regions is planned.

Given the exceptional security measures due to the ongoing pandemic, the Italian Trade Agency has agreed with the organizers of Foodex Japan an exceptional way of participation. For this year’s edition there will be two areas within the Pavilion: the Stand Area and the Showroom Area.

The latter is a new project and is aimed specifically at producers who have not yet entered the Japanese market. A large space will host a wide range of Italian food and wine products. Inside a showcase placed in the open space the products of 43 Italian companies will be on display.
