Monti Trentini presents its PDO cheeses at Anuga

At the sidelines of Anuga 2019 trade show, Italianfood.net interviewed Federica Finco. One of the owners of family run dairy company Casearia Monti Trentini, she told us about the three kind of PDO cheeses they produce: Asiago PDO, Grana Padano PDO and Provolone Valpadana PDO. The company is placed in a region which is indeed perfect for the production of cheese. In fact, they can also benefit from the excellent quality of mountain milk.
