American consumers are appreciating more and more high quality food, which means they are big supporters of Italian food products. It is Universal Marketing which organized – as usual – the Italian pavilion within the US West Coast most important food exhibition. As for Italian food in the American market, this year’s expectations are higher than any other year’s – says Mr. Cinelli. Here at the Winter Fancy Food Show we have many new visitors, as North America is one of the most important markets for Italian products. There is always a big demand for them, and from now to the Fancy Food summer edition Italy is going to be very active here in the USA.
