Coppini, an Italian extra virgin olive oil company based in Umbria, has been growing for ten years in a row despite the poor recent olive harvests. While expectations for the next crop are much better, product and packaging innovations are the key driver of Coppini success. At Anuga 2017, Export Manager Valentina Sabatini explains the company’s strategies in this interview with Italianfood.net: Two years ago we launched the ‘Think Green’ line, which received a successful reaction from the trade. Now we have decided to create ‘Unico’. It is a combination of our best 100% certified Italian extra virgin olive oil and Umbrian art. It is a range of ceramic bottles made by renown Deruta handicraft: not only an excellent food product, but also a collection item.
