Anuga 2017 represents a very important appointment for the Cooperlat TreValli Group. At the great international food fair which will open its doors in Cologne on October 7th the Italian dairy company will present all the new products from the new Hoplà Professional line.

Cooperlat TreValli offer starts with Hoplà Professional Ice Cream mix: a UHT liquid blend for Tetra Brik aseptic ice cream, based on unhydrogenated vegetable fats. The recipe for the Fiordilatte taste, already balanced and ready to use, ideal for soft machines and also suitable for batch freezers. Hoplà Professional Dual Top 90/10 is a vegetable-based preparation to assemble: a 90% vegetable cream and 10% animal cream mix. Packed in aseptic Tetra Brik, it’s an unsweetened product suitable for both kitchen and assembly thanks to its excellent yield, high tenacity and creamy flavor. Then there is Hoplà Professional Cooking and Dressing Sauce Cream Taste: a creamy dressing packed in aseptic Tetra Edge with cap. Lastly, Hoplà Professional Dressing Sauce Mayo Taste is a mayonnaise dressing packed in aseptic Tetra Edge with cap.
