Ponti, the Italian balsamic vinegar and pickles company based in Vignola (Modena), presented its new Aceto Balsamico di Modena HD (High Density Balsamic Vinegar of Modena) at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2017 in New York. In the following interview with ItalianFood.net, Giacomo Ponti described the new product as a multi-purpose product, which can be used as dressing for salads, Parmigiano Reggiano, raw meat etc., but it can also be drunk with added water or not.
