ItalianFood.net met Maddalena Polli, export manager of the Polli Company for the US, at the last Summer Fancy Food Show. The Italian brand has been distributing its classing range of products in the US since the Fifties and it has recently presented two innovations that aim to foster the company growth in that market. First of all, a new packaging: from the classic glass jars to the plastic bowls. Than, a certification of organic production for all the ranges. At the Summer Fancy Food Show, Polli presented also new lines of pesto, hummus and bruschetta condiments.
