Last May at PLMA – Amsterdam, ItalianFood.Net met Daniele Diotallevi, ceo at Buona Compagnia Gourmet.

The company is trying to expand its business internationally, still remaining deeply rooted in Italian traditions. “Our approach is really not industrial, – explains Mr Diotallevi – we are “artigiani” (craftsmen) and keep on doing gnocchi and pesto like our grandmothers used to do”.
