Sarchio, with its organic, gluten-free, and vegan products, has been a healthy and natural eating reference company for the market since 1982. At the 40th edition of Alimentaria – the Spanish event dedicated to the operators of the international agri-food industry – it presented some of its latest additions.
SARCHIO BETS ON PALM OIL FREE PRODUCTS – In the exhibition space, Sarchio’s visitors and buyers were able to learn more about the organic snack line without palm oil, including its spelt muffins, muffins with chocolate chips, as well as its gluten- and milk-free plum cake (rice flour, corn, and buckwheat versions), in addition to the new gluten-free products: quinoa real, shelled chickpeas, and hemp seed. On the stand was also a complete range of 100% organic products, including a line of vegan, gluten- and palm oil-free cookies, which were created with simple ingredients. Moreover, the visitors could also find sweet snacks featuring enticing combinations like quinoa and cranberry, goji berries and almonds, and the appetizing crispy rice with dark chocolate.
ALIMENTARIA, A KEY FAIR – “Spain has been for us the second market after Italy since 2014 – said Sandra Mori, Marketing Director of Sarchio – We consider Alimentaria a key fair to reach the industry professionals. That is why we have chosen this venue to present the products we will launch this year. They will allow Sarchio to enter a new and stimulating segment such as snacks”.
