It is currently available only in New York and New Jersey but, starting from February 2016, the new collection of Zonin’s prosecco, named ‘Dress Code’, will be available in all U.S. markets. It will be sold at the price of about $16.99 for each edition. “Our hope with the ‘Dress Code’ line is to strike a chord with current and potential prosecco lovers,” said Emanuele Siena, marketing director of Zonin USA, the U.S. subsidiary of Zonin. “We want Prosecco drinkers to be able to see a reflection of their own personal styles in one of these three new proseccos; the Grey, White, or Black editions, or a little bit in each, depending on the occasion.”
The Italian wine maker Zonin is the largest private vineyard in the home country and one of the world’s most admired wine brands. The new limited edition ‘Dress Code’ seems to be a step forward in innovation as the company has developed proseccos that are a more refined extension of the classic Zonin prosecco. While the classic prosecco is made with 100% Glera grapes, each of the new products are blended with a different cuvée.
“The ‘Dress Code’ line is designed to communicate different messages and moods inspired by the variety of grapes that characterize the product,” explained Emanuele Siena, Marketing Director. Zonin USA, Inc. is wholly owned by Casa Vinicola Zonin which in Italy runs seven wine growing areas in Tuscany, Piedmont, and Veneto regions.
