1- Whole Foods Market, Usa. With 431 retail outlets and a turnover of around nine billion dollars, it is leading retailer in the world of organic food. Always at the forefront of innovation, it has recently entered a partnership with Google and Instacart to develop an e-commerce channel.
2- Bio-Planet, Belgium. It currently owns 11 stores, but aims to quickly reach a share of 30 stores. Belonging to the Colruyt giant, it applies a low price policy to the letter.
3- Coop Konsum, Sweden. In the organic sector, in this Scandinavian country, it holds a market share of 13% thanks to a large selection of food and its focus on wine.
