Venchi is coming to the British capital to bring a touch of Italian good taste to Hampstead. The famous company from Piedmont, which produces chocolate of the highest quality and promotes ‘buono, buonissimo’ as a way of life, is opening a new store in London and another at Milano Linate airport. Venchi is coming to Great Britain and has chosen Hampstead for its new London store. The exclusive London neighbourhood, better known as the ‘Village’ thanks to its small town feeling, is a place where residents enjoy local community life with great pride and a sense of belonging, often meeting in welcoming patisseries, little bakeries, cafes and restaurants. The Venchi store in Hampstead has a strong personality and that entirely Italian good taste that is so popular around the world. The new format, which matches white with brass racks and background, is structured so as to balance the familiar and well-loved spaces: the fresh spreads and crepe areas are clearly visible from the window. The large ice-cream counter, which offers 14 of Venchi’s most popular flavours, stands alongside the elegant pralines, slabs of cocoa butter and café selection with special coffees, hot chocolate and much more.
A real strong point and something new for this London shop is the range of oven-baked goods, created exclusively for Venchi for breakfast and as special treats. All of this inside this little gem of a shop which now joins the Covent Garden branch to double Venchi’s presence in London. Peering in through the window reveals the rows of pick&mix overflowing with wrapped chocolates, the excellent selection of bars and slabs of chocolate, the smart gift boxes and all the other tempting treats, perfect for quickly satisfying your sweet tooth. Spacious and comfortable, the seating and table-service area is very popular with clients who don’t think twice about stopping to take a moment from the frenzy of the British capital. And it’s not just London. Venchi has also opened at Milano Linate airport, establishing a strong presence at all points of arrival in the host city of Expo 2015 with shops already at Milano Malpensa, Orio al Serio, Milano Centrale and just outside Milano Cadorna.
