Gsi-Grandi Salumifici Italiani intends to continue supporting the processed meats sector and in particular its Senfter brand by way of a series of marketing activities. Peter Hintner, general manager for Senfter Südtirol in Grandi Salumifici Italiani details that, “It is a program that also supports the important investments destined for the industrial site of Chiusa, near Bolzano. In fact, the site will be transformed into Europe’s most modern production plant – a first in terms of production capacity and environmental impact and reduction of energy consumption. Afterall, we continue to believe that the sausage market is dynamic and that we can rely on it as an area of excellent potential for further growth”.
