Sial 2014 rewards the most innovative item in the food&beverage sector. To get on the Gran Prix Innovation podium, three French companies and one from Portugal. The winning products have been selected specifically for their convenience plus and for their ecological concept.
1- New Food Packaging –Twists box: Chilled and frozen ready meal, selected for the convenience of the packaging
2- Yooji- Chilled and frozen products: minced cod (certified MSC) organic chicken, purée with morsels: organic ratatouille, organic broccoli, organic carrots, smooth vegetable purée, organic eggplant, organic broccoli, organic green peas. Selected for the naturalness of the product and the convenience of the frozen portion forat that avoids waste.
3- Eco Gumelo Cap Portugal and Pret à Pousser: Growth home mushroom kit. Consumers can grow oyster mushrooms directly in the cardboard pack. Sail is made with spent coofee grounds. Sprayer included. Selected for the ecological concept of mushrooms to grow at home.
