Identità Golose: Michelin starred chef under the same rood in NY and Chigago

Identitá Golose, one of the most prestigious international culinary organizations highlighting the best of contemporary Italian cuisine, returns to the United States for the fifth annual Identitá New York October 9-12. Eataly in New York will host the series of events, each of which feature some of Italy’s most lauded culinary heroes, as well as masters of modern American cuisine.

This year, Identitá New York brings together seven of Italy’s most notable chefs and seven of New York’s most celebrated culinary personalities for a series of seminars. The one-hour events at La Scuola Grande at Eataly represent an international meeting of culinary generations.

During each demo, one Italian and one American chef will discuss today’s global culinary trends and techniques, and prepare dishes that best represent their topics. Guests of the seminars will sample dishes from each chef while sipping Italian wines. Identitá New York will also host two five-course dinners by eight internationally acclaimed Italian and New York chefs at La Birreria at Eataly, hosted by Mario Batali and Lidia Bastianich.
