Eataly New York turns four!

Four years of great Italian food, culture and good business – since the company is thriving and growing more than ever
Eataly New York turns four!

It seems like yesterday that the doors of Eataly New York were opening to the American public. Lines and lines of people waited outside for the big moment, and crowds populated the first marketplace with tasting rooms of the Big Apple.

Well, Eataly New York is turning four this week

To celebrate the occasion, pastry chef Katia Delogu will make one of her amazing and spectacular cakes that will be cut in front of the public (and given to customers for free) on Tuesday, September 2nd, at 4pm. In addition to this, the restaurants of the store will celebrate the company’s motto: “It’s difficult to be simple” by introducing several dishes that will feature four ingredients only. From caprese salads, to bruschettas, from Cacio e Pepe to inventive recipes with mozzarella milk, the dishes will be a celebration of Italian cuisine, its simplicity and its authenticity.

Kudos to Eataly, then – for bringing the incredible Italian biodiversity to America, for teaching Americans that each product has a story that is just waiting to be told, and, of course, for succeeding in doing so.
