The Consortia safeguarding Grana Padano and Prosciutto di Parma, two of Italy’s most iconic PDO products, will exhibit at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago from May 18 to 20. Their presence forms part of the EU-backed campaign “Distinctly, Deliciously, European,” highlighting the quality, heritage, and distinctive flavours of Europe’s premier food exports.

The NRA Show is a leading global event in the hospitality sector and the largest gathering of industry professionals in the Western Hemisphere. It features more than 2,250 exhibitors across 900 product categories, offering a key platform for the latest market innovations.

At booth 13540 in the Lakeside Pavilion, the two Consortia will host Grana Padano and Prosciutto di Parma tastings, engaging with stakeholders, trade professionals, and aficionados of authentic European cuisine.
