At Cibus Connect 2019, Italian olive oil company Oleificio Zucchi unveiled its latest innovative products. In this exclusive interview with Italianfood.net, Marco Bonati, the company’s Commercial Director, presents the sustainable olive and seeds oils range. It comes from a certified supply chain and it is “giving us great satisfactions, both in Italy and in the foreign markets where we launched it, starting with the USA” Bonati said.
