In this exclusive interview with Food, the Venetian preserves company Marketing Director presents the new Valbona products line. From the gourmet version of pickles Accenti to the tasty sliced vegetables Veganette, which are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free and a source of Omega-3.
