Eataly London has celebrated a landmark achievement after contributing to a new Guinness World Record for the longest tiramisu, measuring an impressive 440.58 metres.
The record-breaking initiative, organised by Italian entrepreneur Mirko Ricci, brought together chefs, pastry professionals, and volunteers in a large-scale celebration of one of Italy’s most iconic desserts.
The achievement was made possible through the commitment, precision, and teamwork of Eataly London’s culinary brigade, led by Executive Pastry Chef Rosaria Spina and Sous Chef Serena Angelillo, working alongside hospitality professionals from across the industry.
Last week, members of Eataly London team officially received their Guinness World Records medals during a ceremony at Emirates Stadium, recognizing the dedication and collaboration behind the historic accomplishment.

Beyond the record itself, the initiative also delivered a meaningful social impact. Every portion of tiramisu was distributed in exchange for a donation to the Esharelife Foundation, a UK-based charity supporting educational, healthcare, and social development projects around the world.
The event demonstrated how culinary excellence, teamwork, and community engagement can come together to create not only a world record but also lasting value for charitable causes.
