Italian culinary heritage shines on the international stage as Grana Padano PDO and Prosecco PDO prepare to take center stage at Taste of London 2026. Held from June 17th to 21st at Regent’s Park, this flagship event will showcase the best of the Italian food and beverage industry under the banner of the European project Cheers and Cheese to the EU.
A showcase of excellence
Taste of London serves as a unique global window for the most significant trends in dining and gastronomic experiences. The participation of these two iconic PDO products is part of a three-year information and promotion campaign co-funded by the European Union and promoted by the Consortium for the Protection of Grana Padano and Next Generation Pro, an association representing Prosecco PDO producers.
The program
Throughout the five-day event, visitors will have the opportunity to engage with Italian food through masterclasses, show cooking sessions, and interactive blind tastings. Renowned chef Danilo Cortellini will lead the culinary demonstrations, focusing on contemporary Italian cuisine, while wine expert Neil Phillips will guide attendees through the intricate pairings between different aging levels of Grana Padano and various types of Prosecco.
The event will also feature special guests from the international gastronomic and digital landscape, including Nina Parker, Verna Gao, and Gaetano Farucci, ensuring a vibrant and engaging experience that celebrates the Made in Italy philosophy.
