At Tuttofood 2026, Dellavalle Salumi put the spotlight on its high-quality cooked ham, “Lesso La Valle”, a premium product designed to stand out on the national market thanks to a non-tumbled processing method that ensures tenderness without excess moisture. Featuring a delicate flavor with a sweet finish, this product represents the core of the company’s expansion strategy within the grocery retail channel, both for the deli counter and the self-service shelf.

During the event, special focus was also placed on the new retail formats: from the preformed 100g pouch with airy, loosely-folded slices—designed to enhance the product’s premium look on the shelf—to whole and half-sized formats for the traditional deli counter. This offering fits into the premium charcuterie segment, where the company also offers premium national mortadella with Bronte pistachios and selected cured hams.
