Agromonte, a leading producer in the Sicilian cherry tomato processing segment, will showcase its latest innovations at Tuttofood 2026, the international B2B food and beverage trade show taking place in Milan from 11 to 14 May at Pavilion 5P, Stand D07.

Building on the momentum of its milestone anniversary celebrated last year, the Sicilian family-owned company continues its growth strategy while reinforcing its identity as an ambassador of Made in Sicily quality and excellence.

The highlight of Agromonte’s presence at the show is the launch of the new “Pizza Sauce Agromonte” line, developed specifically for one of Italy’s most iconic culinary products. The range includes four recipes created for food professionals and home consumers, combining carefully selected ingredients with balanced flavour profiles.

The “Classica” variant delivers a traditional and versatile base made with premium Sicilian cherry tomatoes, balancing sweetness and acidity while enhancing toppings without overpowering them. “Gialla”, produced with yellow cherry tomatoes, offers a softer and slightly sweeter profile designed for more refined pizza creations. The “Origano” version introduces intense Mediterranean aromas inspired by rustic Italian pizza traditions, while the “Basilico” recipe delivers a fresh and aromatic flavour profile suited to simple yet distinctive preparations.

Visitors will also be able to sample pizzas and pasta dishes prepared with Agromonte products in a dedicated tasting area featuring the company’s latest pizza sauce range. The company will additionally spotlight its recent sustainability initiative, “L’etichetta della Terra”, a limited-edition label created for Earth Day using pigments derived from recovered tomato processing waste, including skins and seeds that would otherwise be discarded. The project reflects Agromonte’s broader sustainability strategy and introduces an innovative packaging solution distinguished by a textured, imperfect finish inspired by nature itself. The limited-edition bottles are currently available in supermarkets and hypermarkets across Italy while stocks last.

Agromonte will also focus on the foodservice segment through its Horeca 2 kg format range, designed for professional kitchens and direct shelf presentation. Inspired by the visual heritage of Sicilian puppetry, the packaging combines functionality with strong visual identity through colour variations linked to individual products. The concept allows restaurants, pizzerias, and hospitality venues to display the products directly without warehouse storage, further supporting the premium positioning of the brand.

Tuttofood is an important showcase for us to tell the story of the company’s evolution and our latest product innovations,” said Miriam Arestia, Marketing Manager at Agromonte. “At the 2026 edition, we will present the Pizza Sauce Agromonte line, entirely dedicated to one of the most loved dishes in Italy and abroad, with the aim of once again bringing the authenticity of Sicily to tables all over the world.”

According to NielsenIQ RMS data for the cherry tomato sauce segment covering the 12-month period ending 24 August 2025, Agromonte remains a category leader in the Italian retail market.
