An iconic destination for fashion and cinema lovers, Beverly Hills has now welcomed a new All’Antico Vinaio location. This marks the third opening in Los Angeles – the most significant one, right in the heart of the city at 419 N Beverly Drive – joining the existing venues in Venice and Koreatown. All’Antico Vinaio is known for its freshly baked bread made in-house every day, its carefully prepared fresh spreads, and its selection of the finest Italian products. Every ingredient is top quality, from pecorino and truffle cream to Tuscan prosciutto. Founded in Florence in 1989 by the Mazzanti family, All’Antico Vinaio has become a global phenomenon.
“Opening a location in Beverly Hills is a dream come true. Bringing the authentic flavors of Florence and Italy to Los Angeles, preparing our schiacciate fresh every day with high-quality ingredients, is what makes us unique and allows us to offer a true Italian experience to our customers. We cannot wait to embark on this journey in such an iconic city. It is an honor and a privilege for me to be here”, owner Tommaso Mazzanti says.
The menu highlights include La Schiacciata Del Boss and La Toscana, along with a special creation dedicated to Beverly Hills, made with Parmigiano Reggiano cream, culatello, and truffle cream. The new store is the latest milestone in a U.S. expansion strategy developed in partnership with the Bastianich family. The brand’s presence is growing rapidly, with an upcoming opening in New York, two new locations announced in Nashville, two more in Los Angeles, and the first Miami store on the way.
As of today, All’Antico Vinaio USA has nearly 200 employees, generating a revenue of 20 million dollars in 2024, with a forecast of approximately 35 million dollars for 2025.
