Riso Gallo bets on sustainable agriculture

At SIAL 2022, the Italian rice company Riso Gallo presented its range of products based on sustainable agriculture. Italianfood.net interviewed CEO Carlo Preve about the characteristics of this innovative line. “From Arborio to Carnaroli, from red to black rice, the line covers all the different types of rice. All coming from sustainable agriculture,” he told us. “This year, we have also made a step outside the classic risotto, as we present here the new Basmati rice.”
