At the sidelines of the SIAL Paris 2022 trade show, we interviewed Chris Nemchek, General Manager of Plant-based World Expo. This fair about plant-based food options is made of two expos: the first one was held in New York last September. The next one is coming up in London from November 30 – December 1st. “We are so happy to have Italian exhibitors in our shows, as Italy is one of the most creative countries when it comes to F&B products,” he told us.
