The 21st edition of Cibus, the international food fair, is just around the corner. It will take place from tomorrow until Friday 6 May at the Fiere di Parma exhibition center. The Food publishing group will be present with a series of editorial initiatives. In addition to the institutional stand in Hall 2, Booth E068, there will be a second exhibition stand dedicated to Knowledge Center (Hall 4, Booth D016 g), Food Group’s new multimedia project.
Knowledge Center is a multimedia platform with all of Food’s market insights and annual reports in a browsable version. Much more than a simple digital newsstand, it also offers access to the magazine’s content archive, divided into 14 thematic categories, and contains over 60 charts on raw material data updated weekly.
CIBUS INNOVATION CORNER
The Food group has also collaborated with Fiere di Parma in the creation of the Cibus Innovation Corner, a space dedicated to the theme of innovation. In Hall 8, the 100 most innovative products among those present at the trade show will be exhibited, selected, and described in the Cibus Innovation Guide, drawn up by Food in collaboration with Fiere di Parma.
