At Cibus 2021 edition the Italian company Noberasco presented its centenary experience in the dried fruit sector, and its constant search for innovative and sustainable products and working methods. The Italian company presents many novelties from its 100%-Italian supply chain range: Sicilian almonds, Calabria figs, Ambrosia apples, and Piedmont hazelnuts are the products that will be added to the 100%-Italian Peanuts cultivation project. It is a supply chain certified by the Noberasco Method with which the family business is committed to ensuring the sustainability and traceability of the entire production chain. This is also thanks to investments in the use of cutting-edge technologies, which allow not only to certify that the entire production process of the products (from cultivation to packaging) takes place in Italy. “We have chosen to focus decisively on the national supply chain; the first step in this direction was taken with peanuts, in 2020, followed by other references – says CEO Mattia Noberasco – and we are proud to present a range with new products devoted to the rediscovery and enhancement of the excellence that our country can offer”.
In addition, the VIVA Break bars – based on dried fruit, soft fruit and cereals – are being presented in an absolute preview. Rich in fiber, gluten-free and palm oil-free, they will be soon available in three different versions, united by the addition of chocolate chips: wild berries, orange and hazelnut. Thanks to this expansion of the range, Noberasco enters the breakfast segment and confirms itself as the ideal partner for wellness-breaks.
