The mozzarella market plays a strategic role for Trevalli Cooperlat Italian dairy company. In May 2019 the company launched the new Bontà del Parco product line, consisting of mozzarella fiordilatte, burrata, stracciatella and ricotta – all made with 100% Italian milk at Amandola (Fermo), in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains National Park.
“The next step will be the launch of an organic range,” says Andrea Alfieri, Trevalli Cooperlat marketing manager. A must for a company that focuses on the total control of its milk supply chain line. “we are on the eve of important changes also in terms of packaging – continues Alfieri –. The goal is to adopt packs that don’t impact on the environment.”
COOPERLAT NEW LINE IS READY FOR EXPORTS
To promote its new line, the company has launched both online and offline communication campaigns. “Thanks to the positioning of our genuine products, all made in accordance with the most renown Italian dairy production traditions – explains Alfieri – we are successfully exporting the Bontà del Parco line, especially to France and Germany, with a multi-channel approach. We are selling our products in large-scale distribution, in the professional channel, and in the normal trade. It is precisely the right balance between these channels that allows us to grow, both in terms of volume and value. Without forgetting that today the market is increasingly interested in high-quality products rather than pricing.”
