At Anuga 2019, Italianfood.net interviewed Claudia Cordenos, export director of Italian company G7. “We are very proud of our sorbet beer – she told us – which yesterday won the Italian Food Award 2019 in the frozen food category. It contains 50% of lager beer, no coloring, preservatives, fats, aromas, and emulsifiers.” The company range includes also many different kinds of gelato, starting with the ‘clean label’ one, which is characterized by a very short ingredients list.
