
What are the characteristics that decree the success of Made in Italy organic products on foreign markets? In addition to the quality/price ratio (27% of companies indicate it as the first characteristic of success), also safety/control (23%) and organoleptic quality (20%) are calling cards of Italy’s organic F&B products. The reputation (appreciation, reliability) associated with the brands of Italian companies (15%), the presence of additional certifications (PDO, PGI) and the ability to offer innovative products/recipes (5%) are also considered successful elements.
