At SIAL 2018 Zerbinati, the Italian company specialized in vegetables and frozen products, presented its wide products range. In this interview with Italianfood.net, Edoardo Scheri, Export manager of Zerbinati, explained: “Our company is a family company, in the market since 1970. All our products come from a vegetable base. We are specialized in salads, vegetables soups, burgers, and all vegetable-based food specialties. We can process more than 60 tons of vegetables per day. Our products are also characterized by a clean label. We don’t use any preservatives, artificial coloring, nor artificial flavors: only natural ingredients, both for the conventional and organic food we produce. We also make frozen food products. We launched them on the market because we want to supply customers all over the world”.
