Italian olive oil company Oleificio Zucchi confirms its presence at SIAL 2018, the global renown food fair scheduled from 21 to 25 October in Paris. As usual, the trade show will attract producers and buyers of the food sector from all over the world.

OLEIFICIO ZUCCHI: FOCUS ON SUSTAINABILITY

The historic Italian company based in Cremona will be among the protagonists of the exhibition (in Hall 5b – Stand K069). In particular, the first range of Sustainable Extra Virgin Olive Oils from a certified chain will be showcased. It is the pride of the company’s environmentally friendly production, that is controlled in every step. Visitors to the stand will be able to learn about the ‘100% Italian Sustainable Extra Virgin Olive Oil’ and the brand new ‘Sustainable Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the European Union’ (in the picture below). The latter takes beyond Italy’s borders the principles of sustainability and attention to the consumer. Both products are traced thanks to the QR code on the label and guaranteed by a chain that is certified from the field to the table.

OIL BAR

The Oil Bar will be the ‘stage’ of taste, the space where the blending experience will come to life. An unmissable opportunity to discover all the secrets behind an oil of excellence. Tasting the various components of the blend, in fact, will retrace the entire history that leads to the birth of the unmistakable goodness of Oleificio Zucchi products. The sensory experience will continue in the kitchen, where the presence of an exceptional chef will give the opportunity to taste tasty dishes topped with the precious oils of the company.

COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY

This year we have chosen to showcase products that best embody our principles: attention to the environment, work enhancement and absolute transparency towards the consumer – said Alessia Zucchi, CEO of Oleificio Zucchi -. Our commitment to sustainability is growing, and for the first time it will overcome geographical boundaries involving other countries in addition to Italy”.
