Italy on the Table is an Italian consortium that includes nine Italian food companies. This year, it attended Fine Food Australia trade show for the first time – with a great outcome. Italianfood.net interviewed Josuela Guadalupi from the consortium. She showed us the wide range of typical Italian products on display at Fine Food Australia 2018, from cannoli to PDO buffalo mozzarella, from sauces to the real Italian gelato.
