SFFS 2018: news from Italian food companies

During the trade show in New York we discovered some of the latest premiered products from Italian F&B industry

At the last edition of the Summer Fancy Food in New York, considered by many insiders to be one of the most important trade shows in the world dedicated to food and beverage specialties, Italy was present in strength. In the collective Italian pavilion of almost 8,000 square meters – the largest within the SFFS 2018 international area with 12% of the total exhibitors – we interviewed some companies that showed us the latest product innovations introduced to international retailers.
