A complete range of products, including seeds oil and extra virgin olive oil. That’s what the Italian company Oleificio Zucchi presented at PLMA Amsterdam 2017. Private label sector is very important for us – says Oleificio Zucchi’s Commercial Director Marco Bonati in this exclusive interview with ItalianFood.net – as it represents 50% of our total production. In fact, in the ’50s we were the first company to produce private label’s products in the oil sector in Italy. As for the branded side of its production, Oleificio Zucchi is going to launch a fully sustainable and traceable extra virgin olive oil, riding the trend of the clean label from the beginning of the production process. On the exports front, we are present in 45 countries says Bonati and right now we are focusing on the United States and Japan.
