François Nuyts is Amazon country manager in Spain (since 2011) and in Italy (since 2015). Food interviewed him outside the meeting “Food online l’appetito vien mangiando” (“Appetite comes with eating”) organised by Politecnico University of Milan last December 1st to understand what kind of moves the e-commerce giant from Seattle will put into place on the Italian market: from opportunities for Made in Italy products to partnerships with some traditional retailers to Prime now service last launches in the fresh sector.
