Kimbo Bio Organic is a new high-quality coffee blend from the café city of Naples and roasted according to the Neapolitan tradition. It is based on wet processed Arabica and naturally processed Robusta coffee beans. The Arabica beans from Nicaragua and Peru as well as the Robusta beans from India and Tanzania are products derived from organic farming. The bright roasting unfolds a very floral flavour with notes of almonds and a hint of spices. The result is an espresso with a pleasantly defined sweetness and an intense aroma, which convinces with its balanced character.
