The Auricchio Group, a global leader in provolone production and a key player in Italy’s traditional cheese segment, will take part in Tuttofood Milano 2026, scheduled from May 11 to 14 at Rho Fiera Milano.

The company will exhibit within a 100-square-meter stand designed to communicate its core values—identity, quality, tradition, and innovation—that underpin its positioning in both domestic and international markets. The event will serve as a platform to present the product ranges of the Auricchio and 3B Latte brands, alongside the premium “Riserva Esclusiva Auricchio” line.

At the heart of its participation lies an ongoing strategic evolution of provolone positioning. The company aims to engage younger consumer segments and tap into emerging consumption occasions, particularly more informal and contemporary settings such as snacks and aperitifs.

Simultaneously, the group will spotlight the 3B Latte brand, which has recently undergone a repositioning process supported by new communication initiatives. A targeted campaign focusing on Camembert highlights the brand’s strength in the fresh dairy segment, combining flavor, practicality, and adaptability—key attributes in a fast-growing and dynamic category.

Tuttofood is a key moment for us to engage with the market, nationally and internationally. It is an opportunity to showcase our excellence, share the group’s vision and the evolution path we are pursuing, while remaining true to the identity that has distinguished us for nearly 150 years. It is also a valuable context to continue building strong relationships with our stakeholders,” said Alberto Auricchio, Managing Director of Gennaro Auricchio.

Visitors can meet the Auricchio Group at Pavilion 1, Stand A01, to explore its products and values firsthand, including through guided tasting experiences.
