Pernigotti will take part in ISM 2026, the world’s leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks, running from 1 to 4 February in Cologne, Germany. The historic Italian confectionery company based in Novi Ligure (Alessandria) will present a portfolio of new products developed specifically for international markets.
For the Pernigotti brand, the show will mark the debut of the Gianduiotto al Pistacchio, a refined reinterpretation of the iconic praline. The product combines the sweetness of milk gianduia with the intense flavour of toasted pistachios. Additional innovations will include new Snacks and Gemme in flavours such as raspberry, pistachio, and tiramisù. These products are designed to balance contrast, roundness, and intensity, creating recognisable, modern taste experiences with a strong emotional appeal. The flavour combinations highlight iconic ingredients and contemporary comfort, reflecting consumers’ growing appetite for experimentation.
During ISM 2026, Pernigotti will also present a wide selection of milk chocolate Coins and Medallions, a segment in which the company is the absolute European market leader through its Walcor brand. New developments in flavour, format, and recipes will be showcased to meet the needs of international customers, with a focus on sustainability, emerging trends, and evolving consumer preferences. Under the Walcor brand, the company will also introduce its latest innovations in Advent Calendars, including products developed with prestigious licensed brands. All new products will be available at the Pernigotti SpA stand (Hall 10.2, Stand B040).
“The development of international markets is at the core of our strategy,” said Gianluca Cazzulo, Commercial Director of Pernigotti. “We are strengthening and expanding our collaboration with long-standing importers while, at the same time, engaging new partners in foreign markets thanks to a strong drive for innovation. We are moving in parallel on the growth of our brands—historic names and icons of Made in Italy excellence—and on offering flexible private-label and customisation solutions, in order to respond in a targeted way to the needs of different markets.”
