
Granarolo secured a major accolade at the Anuga 2025 trade show in Cologne, winning the Italian Food Award in the Deli category with its burrata. This ‘luxurious’ product, a mozzarella shell filled with cream and mozzarella shreds, was initially launched across European markets in January. Capitalizing on this success, the Italian leading dairy company has since expanded its offering with truffle-infused and oven-ready burrata variants. The products are produced using milk from proprietary farms at the company’s new plant in Gioia del Colle, Puglia, enabling fresh exports to European and overseas markets.
