In a significant move for the culinary world, Bauer made its mark at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2025 in New York. The company’s highlights include a Mediterranean-style chicken bouillon and a beef bouillon cube, both lauded for their natural ingredients, free from artificial aromas, added glutamate, or sugars. The beef bouillon, alongside the chicken, boasts FDA certification for the USA, and instant granules are also on offer. A major focus is also on an innovative, fresh vegetable purée launched last year in Italy, which achieved great success.
