Saclà is set to showcase its latest culinary innovations at SIAL Paris 2026 (Hall 5A, Booth J191) from October 17th to 21st. The historic Piedmont-based company, known for its deep-rooted tradition in the Italian food industry, is unveiling a range of new sauces and pestos specifically designed to meet the evolving demands of international markets, emphasizing premium quality and authentic flavors.
Innovative sauces for global palates
The centerpiece of the company’s debut is the Cherry Tomato Pulp and Soffritto line. By combining naturally sweet, 100% Italian tomatoes with a traditional savory base, the collection offers five distinct regional recipes: Arrabbiata, Napoletana with basil, Parmigiana with PDO Parmigiano Reggiano, Marinara, and Puttanesca with Leccino olives. These products are crafted with a clean label approach, containing no preservatives or added sugars, ensuring both high quality and culinary versatility.
Complementing this, a new line of 290g glass-jarred sauces celebrates iconic Italian cuisine classics. This collection includes staples such as Amatriciana, creamy Parmigiano Reggiano sauce, classic Carbonara, and a bold Cacio e Pepe, designed to offer an authentic dining experience to international consumers.
New pesto frontiers
Saclà is also expanding its pesto portfolio with the introduction of a new 190g Nduja Pesto, drawing inspiration from the vibrant culinary traditions of Calabria. Innovation continues with the 2xMe mini-pesto range, a convenient 45g single-serve format. The expansion includes new variants such as Calabrian-style, Truffle, Sun-dried Tomato and Pistachio, and the spicy new Arrabbiata Pesto.
A global strategy
“Our new products reflect the direction taken by Saclà: broadening our offer for international markets while staying true to high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes,” states Federico Ghisolfi, Group Commercial Director of F.lli Saclà. Founded in Asti in 1939 and currently managed by the third generation, the company continues to export excellence to over 70 countries, reinforcing its identity as a global ambassador of Italian culinary heritage.
